Incredible $30 Cartography Software Bundle Represents a Virtual Tabletop GM's Dream

After a brief run back in April, the Map Making Mega Bundle is back with an encore available through early December. Described as an extensive collection of mapping tools developed by ProFantasy Software over the years, the entire collection carries a value of over $1,300. Primary Feature

Bundle Tiers

Basic Package

The cheapest bundle tier, starting at just one dollar, includes only four of the 39 total items: Fantasy Overland Symbol Collection, Token Treasury: Monsters 1, Source Maps: Castles!, Urban Source Maps. This package suits cartographers who already have CC3+, but it does offer new fantasy symbol styles for overworld maps, more than 750 monster tokens for use in virtual tabletops, more than two dozen top-down castle layouts including hundreds of map markers, eight fully mapped cities, plus seventy-plus building interiors.

Mid-Range Option

The eight-product collection starting at fifteen dollars offers enhanced value through inclusion of a lifetime CC3+ license, the first Annual volume, Ultimate Mapping Guidebook, and Symbol Set 6: Isometric Cities. Cartographer's Annual is the annual collection from the company's long-running monthly subscription service which includes a variety CC3+ add-ons including map packs and various other tools. The Isometric Cities enables display cities with an extra dimension using angled views from all sides. Meanwhile, the Mapping Tome is a 760-page suitable for novices and experts, full of tips and tutorials covering cartography techniques.

Users can also create character portraits. For $30 as opposed to $15, the full bundle is so worth it, especially for cartographers with temporary CC3+ access seeking permanent licensing. However, it's clearly more advantageous for map-making newbies since it includes the beginners' tutorials to help you get started. The sole limitation is that while the purchase is available across platforms, the software is only usable on Windows.

Philanthropic Aspect

Similar to previous bundles, a portion of each sale goes to benefit a nonprofit.
