Prosecutors have announced that a former doctor has been charged with performing assaults involving 38 victims who were under his care.
Details of the Grave Allegations
The accused, Nathaniel Spencer from Birmingham has been charged with dozens of sexual offences – including some against children younger than 13 – between 2017 and 2021.
A deputy chief prosecutor commented, “Legal teams have worked at length to assist a thorough and intricate police inquiry, carefully reviewing the available evidence to determine that there is sufficient evidence to proceed to trial and that it is in the public interest.”
